This notice describes information handled through the Sudens website.

When you contact us

The inquiry form sends your name, work email, organization, role, objective, context, timeframe and selected service to the Sudens team by email. The message also includes the submission time, network address and displayed site design. We use these details to respond and assess the proposed work. Please do not submit credentials or sensitive personal or production data.

Website design comparison

We are comparing two site designs. A first-party cookie named sudens_design_id keeps your browser on one design for up to 30 days. It contains a random identifier, not your name or email. A separate review cookie may remember a design you explicitly select.

We record the assigned design, page, time and random browser identifier for page exposure and successful inquiries in hosting logs. Vercel Web Analytics also records page views and aggregate exposure and successful-inquiry events, tagged with the design and page. We strip URL query strings from client analytics and do not send inquiry text or contact fields as analytics event properties. Inquiry text and email addresses are not included in these experiment events. These measurements help us evaluate the site. Exposure counts depend on JavaScript and storage availability; they are not a count of identified people.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals suppress these experiment events. Browser settings can remove or block cookies, though the design may then change between visits. Session storage reduces duplicate page events and ends with the browser session.

Service providers and contact

The site is hosted on Vercel and inquiry delivery uses Google mail infrastructure. Hosting services may also retain operational request logs under their configured retention settings. For questions about your submitted information or a deletion request, contact info@vieromind.com.
